We are currently recruiting an Administrator to join our Corporate Services team (CCSL). 

The Administrator will work under the supervision of a senior member of the team to provide support and assistance to team members in delivering a range of corporate administration services to a varied portfolio of clients and related entities, ensuring that clients’ requests are responded to within an agreed timeframe.

The successful candidate will possess the following attributes:

  • Ideally working towards a relevant qualification (e.g. STEP).
  • Experience within a Fiduciary environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Office.  Experience in using Viewpoint would be an advantage.
  • Client focused with strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple administrative processes effectively.
  • Ability to run with their own small portfolio of clients under the direction of a senior member of the team.
  • Ability to work as part of a team as well as using their own initiative.
  • A ‘can do’ attitude and willing to learn and assist the team with any other related tasks.
