Our lawyers have extensive experience advising on a wide range of commercial and business aviation transactions, including aircraft finance and leasing, repossessions and security enforcement, business aircraft sale and purchase, regulatory, ownership structuring, insolvency and litigation (including freezing orders and injunctions).
We have been heavily involved in the growth of the Isle of Man Aircraft Registry since its inception in 2007 and our lawyers are in daily contact with Registry staff and have advised on numerous landmark transactions involving the Registry. These include disputed mortgage enforcements, the exercise of repairman liens, sanctions and injunctive matters, investigations into unlawful chartering and the temporary registration of repossessed airliners.
