Kirsten, who joins Cains after five years’ with another Isle of Man law firm, has experience within a broad range of corporate and banking matters including the acquisition and disposal of businesses, corporate financing and re-financing transactions (including aviation and shipping finance), solvent and insolvent group reorganisations and the provision of financial regulatory advice.
