Adam Clark, an Associate in Cains’ corporate department, has successfully gained accreditation as a qualified data protection practitioner from PDP, a leading provider in professional level data protection training.

The Practitioner Certificate in Data Protection is the practical qualification for those working in the fields of data protection and privacy. PDP describes it as being fully up to date with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”). In successfully completing the Practitioner Certificate in Data Protection Programme, Adam has demonstrated that he possesses a material knowledge of data protection law, and an understanding of the practical implications for organisations affected by the GDPR.

Tristan Head a Director of Cains, said “I would like to congratulate Adam.  With the GDPR deadline looming, this qualification complements Cain’s corporate, commercial, regulatory and compliance practice in an area of growing importance to our clients.”
