Cains acted for a consortium of lenders in relation to the Isle of Man aspects of the combination of existing facilities provided to a number of Isle of Man companies.
Cains’ involvement included, inter alia, reviewing the English law amendment and restatement agreement (and associated documentation) from an Isle of Man legal perspective, drafting Isle of Man security documentation and release documents, reviewing corporate authorities and company search results of Isle of Man companies and issuing legal opinions to the lenders and advising generally on certain Isle of Man corporate law matters.
