Cains acted for Textile Recycling International Limited in relation to the Isle of Man aspects of its merger with Nathans Wastesavers and Cookstown Textile Recyclers and a number of Isle of Man subsidiaries. Cains’ involvement included, inter alia, assisting with the due diligence exercise as regards the Isle of Man subsidiaries, reviewing the English law transaction documentation from an Isle of Man legal perspective, reviewing corporate authorities and company search results of the target companies and advising generally on certain Isle of Man corporate law matters.
