Stephanie’s areas of practice include general corporate and commercial matters and asset finance work, with a particular focus on UK commercial real estate. She regularly advises a broad array of institutional lenders, private investment companies, real estate investment funds and Isle of Man corporate borrowers on high value complex transactions.
- advising a multinational investment bank (acting as senior lender) on its financing of Blackstone Group LP’s acquisition of BioMed Realty Trust Inc for US$8 billion;
- advising Aviva Commercial Finance on its refinancing of an approximate £1 billion loan facility to Criterion Capital involving 14 Isle of Man companies and which was secured on a portfolio of 16 properties including Trocadero Centre and Criterion Theatre/Buildings in Piccadilly, London;
- advising Apache Capital Partners on its acquisition of a central London development (consisting of premium student accommodations and offices) located at Paul Street, Shoreditch, London valued at £108.6 million; and
- advising Eros International PLC on the de-listing of its shares from AIM and the listing of those shares on the New York Stock Exchange.
