We are looking for lawyers to join our busy corporate team. We are open to applications from senior associates, with 5 to 8 PQE and would consider applications from lawyers qualified in other commonwealth jurisdictions looking to re-locate to the Isle of Man.
Our corporate team provides services relating to a wide variety of corporate matters, including banking and finance (including commercial property, ship and aircraft finance), restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, employment, property and data protection. The role on offer will be varied, interesting and challenging.
You will be supported by and work within our very experienced and renowned corporate team. We offer the successful candidate the opportunity to act independently and take responsibility but still enjoy a collaborative culture.
