We are looking for an experienced senior corporate administrator to join our growing corporate services team. We are open to applications from existing corporate administrators who are experienced and are looking to move into a senior corporate administrator role, and senior corporate administrators.
Considerable practical experience and technical professional services knowledge; excellent communication skills (both written and oral); high attention to detail; the ability to work to tight deadlines; and a professional qualification (ACCA/ICSA/STEP) are needed skills. A strong working knowledge of Viewpoint or a similar company secretarial system would be advantageous.
The role provides an opportunity to work in partnership with our corporate legal specialists to provide integrated legal, corporate administration and relationship management services. This collaborative approach enables both international and local clients to build long-term, personal relationships across both Cains’ legal and corporate administration teams, whilst ensuring that they receive the highest level of personal service in relation to the legal, regulatory and commercial aspects of their business affairs.
