The Role

Reporting to the Head of Risk & Compliance (R&C), the primary purpose of the Client Compliance Analyst is to orchestrate the end-to-end on-boarding of new relationships across the Group. The role holder’s main accountabilities are to ensure that on-boarding is performed efficiently, processes remain fit for purpose and are followed diligently, and that all associated financial crime prevention risks are managed effectively.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:

  • A qualification in Risk Management, Compliance, Governance or similar or is willing to work towards one;
  • Extensive relevant working experience in client on-boarding and customer due diligence, with a strong record of performance;
  • Knowledge of corporate and trust structures, together with their associated on-boarding and CDD measures is highly desirable;
  • Knowledge and experience in reviewing identification documents, managing, and/or performing CRAMs;
  • The ability to analyse, evaluate and mitigate the financial crime risks associated with on-boarding;
  • Being a collaborative team player; and
  • Being a strong and clear communicator able to develop and maintain strong and collaborative working relationships with key stakeholders at all levels.
