Douglas-based law firm Cains has appointed newly-qualified advocate Adam Clark as an associate within its corporate department after he was called to the Manx Bar.
Adam’s new role will see him assisting with a wide range of general corporate, corporate finance, and aviation and shipping finance matters, as well as property transactions.
Adam, who joined Cains as a trainee advocate in 2013 following his university studies, said: “I am extremely proud to be able to call myself a Manx Advocate and look forward to gaining further experience in Cains’ corporate department as a member of the Manx Bar. I am very grateful to everyone at Cains, my friends and family for all their support, advice and patience throughout the process.”
Adam graduated from the University of Aberdeen with honours and completed his post graduate Diploma in Professional Legal Practice at Robert Gordon University, passing with Merit.
