The team within Cains Fiduciaries is committed to providing:

Depending upon a client’s specific requirements, the services provided by the team could include:

The services can be delivered by the relationship management teams based in the Isle of Man through a range of domiciles (including the Isle of Man, British Virgin Islands, Cyprus, Singapore and other jurisdictions upon request) and a range of business organisations including companies, limited liability companies, protected cell companies and partnerships.

Trust services, including the establishment and administration of special purpose trusts, can be delivered by the relationship management team based in the Isle of Man.

In relation to the provision of administration services our normal practice is to appoint a relationship manager to act as the focal point of contact for a client’s affairs, with the relationship manager being supported by one or more administrative assistants. Our relationship managers include qualified company secretaries, bankers and accountants who are able, where necessary, to work in close co-operation with the lawyers within Cains to provide a seamless service, delivering a first class and in-depth understanding of the legal, regulatory and commercial aspects of a client’s ongoing business affairs.

In addition, the relationship manager responsible for co-ordinating the service offering will be able to facilitate the delivery of advice and assistance from leading investment managers, insurance specialists, tax consultants, real estate experts, art, yacht and aircraft specialists, as required.
