Isle of Man companies have built up an impressive track record for successfully raising funds via global capital markets. Such companies have also been used to access the LSE's main market, AIM and other major exchanges, including those in New York, Singapore and Frankfurt. In 2010 the Isle of Man was notified by the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong that it had been accepted as an approved jurisdiction for the purposes of the listing of its companies on that exchange.

We have played a leading role in the listing of many Isle of Man companies and have been independently ranked as a top legal adviser to AIM companies. Our capital markets practice group has extensive experience of advising such companies and has been involved in landmark transactions including: the first Isle of Man limited partnership to list on the London Stock Exchange; the first ‘New Manx Vehicle’ to list on the London Stock Exchange; and the first Isle of Man company to list on the Main Board of the Singapore Stock Exchange.
