Accounting Services

The accounting team include 10 qualified chartered and certified accountants who have extensive years of experience in the accounting services industry.

The team provides accounting services which are of the highest quality within a reporting timetable pre-agreed with our clients.

Personnel within the accounting team work in close co-operation with the clients’ relationship manager to provide a seamless service delivering a first class accounting, relationship management and statutory reporting service for our clients.

Depending upon a client’s specific requirements the services provided by the accounting team include the provision of some or all of those described below:

• maintenance of all necessary accounting books and records for the entity;
• preparation and production of management reporting information for presentation to the entity’s management;
• preparation of consolidated valuations of the entity in accordance with the provisions of the entity’s constitutional documents, and the relevant international accounting standards;
• preparation and production of annual and interim consolidated financial reports and accounts for the entity, in accordance with the relevant international accounting standards;
• liaising with the auditors (and other professional advisers) of the entity, generally and in respect of the preparation of annual and semi-annual financial statements;
• assistance with VAT registration and the filing of VAT returns with Isle of Man Customs and Excise; and
• liaison with UK-based tax advisers concerning UK:
  • NRL returns
  • cash flow forecasts and modelling
  • preparation of adhoc reports as required by the clients
    

The clients serviced by the accounting team range from Isle of Man based private companies to international property funds structured as exempt schemes, from international businessmen and family offices to sovereign wealth funds participating in private equity structures.
