Back to teamMike is a Senior Consultant within our top tier Shipping and Aviation teams and has over 20 years’ experience of specialising in complex aviation and shipping transactions as well as corporate finance matters.
He has particular expertise in corporate finance areas including equity and debt, general corporate transactions and asset finance including ships, super-yachts and commercial aircraft.
He has practiced in London, Singapore and the Isle of Man since joining Cains in 1999 and due to his in-depth industry knowledge, Mike has been involved in a number of jurisdictionally important transactions including advising the first Isle of Man companies to list in Singapore, New York and Hong Kong.
Mike is instructed regularly by global financial institutions, multi-national corporations and sovereign wealth funds to assist them with high value, complex matters.
