Cains Sponsors Ramsey Youth Centre and Old Boys Football Club
15th January 2009
Cains provided £5,000 sponsorship to Ramsey Youth Centre and Old Boys Football Club to assist the Club with the continued development of the junior element of the club with players from under 7 to under 15’s.
The support the club receives from Cains enables continued development of junior players. This an element of the clubs’ junior development programme, which aims to provide our young players with an opportunity to develop their football and social skills within peer groups of their own age and provide a complete path from junior to senior football.
Cains are delighted to assist RYCOB by providing sponsorship to the club which will also contribute to the ongoing running costs as well as enabling junior coaches to complete an on-island course so they can become FA qualified.

Gary Sherry of RYCOB welcomed the firm’s sponsorship, saying “The club is extremely grateful to the continued support of Cains which enables us to continue the development of junior football in the north of the Island and provide the young players of Ramsey the opportunity to develop both their football and social skills in a friendly and structured coaching environment” |
