Announcing these additional hires, Cains’ Managing Director, Andrew Corlett, commented “I am delighted that we have been able to strengthen the corporate, litigation, trust and private client departments within Cains with the recruitment of these four considerable legal talents. I believe that the prospects for the Island are extremely encouraging, with initiatives such as the tax strategy and the new Manx corporate vehicle, although there are undoubtedly a number of challenges also to be faced. The strength and depth of the legal experience that now exists within Cains means that we are very well placed to assist our local and international clients in meeting these challenges and making the most of the opportunities that present themselves”.
