Cains Fiduciaries appoints new assistant corporate administration manager

Cains Fiduciaries, part of law and professional services group Cains, has appointed Graham Clague as an additional assistant corporate administration manager as part of its ongoing expansion.

Graham has extensive experience in the offshore fiduciary services industry, with particular emphasis on the super-yacht, shipping, eGaming and commercial real estate sectors.

Graham, who will be responsible for providing high level fiduciary support to a portfolio of Cains’ corporate and private clients, said: “I am delighted to be joining the Cains Group at such an exciting time and during a period of ongoing expansion. I hope that my skills and experience will help the dedicated and professional team already in place to further improve the levels of standards and service that we are able to offer to our clients.”

His role will also focus on developing and promoting the comprehensive range of services that Cains provides to new and existing clients.

Graham graduated from Oxford Brookes University with an Honours Degree in Real Estate Management in 1999. He is also a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and has served as a director of the Society’s Isle of Man branch.
