Cains recently appeared in the Manx High Court proceedings relating to the “Fossdale Trust”. The trust comprises assets valued at approximately US$230 million.
The case related to an application to the Isle of Man Chancery court, seeking guidance and confirmation as to the status of the trust, and the variation of the terms of the trust.
